Just thought I'd share some Photoshop tips if anyone's interested. I really liked the expression here, but I did not like the bricks in the background or the hanging chain by the window.
So I converted this to black and white, added just a smidge of Diffuse Glow (under Filters > Distort), cloned out the chain, and replaced the bricks with black.
The light on the girl's face is coming from the window. Feel free to email me with any questions!
Happy clicking,
Nancy

Very interesting before and after! You did a wonderful job. The conversion gives it a whole different feel. I love learning new things in Photoshop!

This is excellent use of PS. Do you offer tips on how to create an image that is B&W with some color added. Most people say it is easy. I must be doing it wrong. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Best Regards
