Thanks,Murry, I do not have the green thumb. The base photo for this was shot at the Scott Arboretum on the campus of Swarthmore College in PA. The effect is another from Davro Digital Imaging, in case you might be interested. Thanks again Murry for you constant support of this site and its participants! You're phenomenal!

Hi Claudia and thank you for kind words. I put the URL for the effect process above! The dark lines are done easily...a copy of the background layer is done using smart blur, edges only, and then inverted. Poster edges can be used to make the dark lines more defined. Thanks!

Ah the saga of the Fuji's...well yes....the first 2800 has been repaired and I have it with me all the time....the third 2800 I gave to my sister who will be going to visit our close friends in Denmark and the lull in Marsielles(sic) for 2 weeks... So she has something nice to use... The 2nd 2800 is being repaired...oy! And I got an S602 for my Bday this year....What's next...hmmm...Nikon,Canon, another Fuji, lenses, filters AHHHHHHHHHHHH! This will do very nicely for now. Thank you, Gerda! Well I just passed the information on the way it was past to me. I might get one of the tutorial CD's as well. Let's see Photo Shop 7.0, Paint Shop Rro, PainT....AHHHHHHHHHHH!
