For the monthly challenge! This was the model who came to our "Friday Night Lights" meet-up this weekend! Viva Brazil! Am also enclosing a three quarter image. I had never shot someone dancing before. Quite an experience. I can also tell you that Martin enjoyed the evening immensely, too!

Sounds like it was a fun night! What a beaut. My favorite is the first-the hair is amazing and frames her face nicely. The lighting is great too, especially with all the dark tones in the picture. So picture someone with hair like that in blazing red and that is me! Hair only, of course. Ha ha. No sequins.

I really like the second shot. Her expression is great. I'm super impressed that her black outfit doesn't blend into the background :)

I increased the contrast of the background to get the wrinkles out of the fabric background and in the second one I actually created a new layer put a pretty heavy gaussian blur on it and then brushed her back in - Voila...no ironing.

great job Debbie it look like a lot of fun. you did a great job with the lighting and capturing her action. good job on the back ground, I am impressed also with her black outfit wasn't lost into the background. I bet martin was enjoying the entertainment ....LOL

Dale, I am sure that they will have something around that time frame. This is a VERY active club. There are always offerings ranging anywhere from $15 to $60 for model shoots @ three hours long.

I find Freeze fascinating. Love the pose and the lighting. Has a real dramatic feel. Great job on both these.
