Northern Flicker
Northern Flicker, this medium sized bird is part of the woodpecker family. They grace our farm in the spring and fall as they migrate through the area. It's extremely hard to capture images of this elusive bird. Love the migrating birds so it was time to set up the blind. The flickers are no match for my blind!

Great capture of this Flicker! This is not an easy bird to capture. I have been trying for the longest time and with no success. My hats off to you Roxanne!
