Gothic architecture
One of the Neogothic chapels and the central porte-cochère at the Hampstead Cemetery in London, consecrated by the Bishop of London and opened in November 1876. The entire site covers 26 acres (0.11 km2), and an estimated 60,000 people are buried there. Some of those buried include Andrew Fisher (29 August 1862 – 22 October 1928) an Australian politician who served three separate terms as Prime Minister of Australia – from 1908 to 1909, from 1910 to 1913, and from 1914 to 1915. He was the leader of the Australian Labour Party from 1907 to 1915. The other is Tamara Platonovna Karsavina 10 March 1885 – 26 May 1978 - a Russian prima ballerina, renowned for her beauty – and a principal artist of the Imperial Russian Ballet and later of the Ballets Russes of Serge Diaghilev. othic
