As seen through the broken wall of another room. This was part of a museum display of "evil plants" at a botanical gardens (although there are no plants in evidence here). For the PG101 chair or chair detail theme.

My new take on an older image. While the first one had (I thought) a somewhat playful feel, this one has more of a clinical quality. I'm not sure if it's my mood, the flower's mood, or the effect of multiple stacked images at f/19. The color is probably a factor too. This flower began life as a bright orange which deepened to red as it aged.

Laughing at the thought of an "evil plants" display! This, however, is an incredible and very well seen/captured image. Love those colors!
