Considering my fondness for macro photography, it's crazy that I never had my sensor cleaned -- until now. I had given up on f/32 a long time back; recently, even at f/8 I was spending too much time cleaning up sensor spots. So I researched local options and found a reputable camera store (Looking Glass Photo in Berkeley) at which to have the work done. I'm so glad I did. They have one employee who does nothing but clean sensors all day. Besides that, it's a wonderful shop, and one that apparently still does a brisk film business. The only downside for me (and it's a daunting one at most times of day): I have to cross the Bay Bridge to get there.

So given that saga, I had to share a new shot at a pristine f/32.
