A Tuggerah Lakes Sand Bar

A Tuggerah Lakes Sand Bar
A Tuggerah Lakes Sand Bar
This is one of the many sand bars that can be found in the lakes system, and this one gets about one foot of water over it at high tide. On the right hand side of the sand there is a mob of pelicans waiting for the daily afternoon feed time to arrive!

Makes a interesting pattern in the sand. Bet those pelicans put on a show.
