Thank You Karen! This was a less than ideal shot through glass at the gorilla habitat (reflections are always a problem on the glass and your ISO is bumped up) but I loved seeing the baby on moms back and was able to catch her in a brief moment when she looked my way. This mom is so attentive to the baby and it renews my spirit to see them interact each time I go there. I sort of dreamed seeing them out in the open and enjoying the freedom of life there, but the world is not always safe for them in their native land and the Zoo does a great job with their habitat and educating children for endangered species.
