I have often been told to use the right tool for the job. But isn't a dinner knife good as a screwdriver and a fork as a prying tool? Sometimes that does not work as illustrated here. These are all photos of our kitchen utensils. Most were digitally "damaged". But, to my wife's chagrin, I really did use 2 of them inappropriately. Can you guess which ones? I'll post the answer later in the discussion.

Nikki McDonald's Gallery 		  Great fun. I would definitely vote for a knife - except I'm not sure how I would damage either of those to that extent. I just know I find them very useful for use as everything from a screwdriver to a chisel for prying. I guess the sponge and what looks to be a rubber spatula.

Wally Orlowsky 		  Thanks all for playing along. The two I ruined are the Yellow covered icing spatula, which I used to apply texture paint to many of my walls and the ladle, which was discolored when I heated it with a torch to melt lead.
