Gord said it right about the step back in time and that is what the thrill of these re-enactments is all about. How things were done without the modern equipment we have today. That is one reason, the other being we can get some beautiful character pictures like this. Love the look as he pours over the designing of his next work with wood. Love the colors, the lighting, and the details of the sketches spread out before him. Love it.
