I like the almost abstract quality of this, the colors and textures are so beautiful !! Great job.

Another great find and capture Sandy, you should frame it right next to the old truck.

If Tony saw that he'd want it, this is what his Father use to drive. At present my sister, daughter & Tony are into doing up old cars. Great find=^..^=

For those of you interested - I shot this at a wonderful 'museum' of gas pumps and old cars in Embudo NM. It's called Classicalgas Museum. It's a treasure trove of old auto stuff. Johnnie, the guy who runs it (used to be head of the Rte 66 preservation for NM) also has a building filled to the brim with old lighted gas pump lights. The place is absolutely amazing. If you're in the area (between Santa Fe & Taos) it's right on the main hwy - you can't miss it, and he's usually open. Free - he accepts donations but doesn't charge for anything.

Thanks for the info, I'll look it up. Isn't the internet great for looking around all these places, you'd not other-wise be able to see. Earlier this year we visited one over here much the same, we just couldn't take it all in there was so much to see & the owner was so friendly telling us about everything. Bob's Shed, Quirindi, NSW, Australia. www.gmh-torana.com.au I'll forward this info just incase you'd like to have a look.
