Thanks Wayne, We were lucky to have the San Diego Water Board uphold their decision to deny the toll road permits to start a segment that would take over part of this great state park yesterday. But we must remain vigilant as the toll road authority has been trying to get approvals since 2008 when the Bush administration denied them. The Toll Road authorities come back every year trying to appeal the denials, hoping to take over 60% of this state park. If they are successful, this would set a precedent that outside developers could point to all over the country when they want to take over public lands..read more about this at www.savetrestles.surfrider.org...stay vigilant..the toll roads (TCA) will be back
