Ever gotten the error message below? Ever found it impossible to comment on a given day, because ALL you get when commenting is the message below? Never gotten the message below? Please help Jim figure out how legitimate customers can avoid this annoyance by answering the questions that Jim provided, below. Thank you!

The reCAPTCHA failed. This can happen when you're on the page for more than 2 minutes before posting. Go back, copy what you wrote, refresh/reload, paste your comment, and click 'Send' again.

What browser do you use?
Do you have any browser extensions installed?
I am wondering if the code here conflicts with some extension that you have in common... maybe a photography related extension?

Appreciate your help and your persistence and your patience... I'll keep investigating on this end.

Hi Martha, nice to hear from you, It's been a while.lol. Yes, I get that message you highlighted in red. I use Chrome as browser, but not sure what 'browser extensions' are. WIll check it out. I can make one comment per day. Have tried all suggestions and it works for one comment, so maybe it is not the new method that is working , or it is just my one comment quota for the day. THat's sounds confusing, so if you don't understand it, it's no big deal. It is all frustrating, to say the least. Paddy

Thanks so much for the reply, Paddy. Yes, it has been a while! I feels so nice to be able to chat freely. :)

I wonder what's different between the way this forum page works, and the way photo comments work. If we're able to comment once per day, the website might be keeping a counter somewhere. Maybe there's a way to clear it. Thoughts, @website_admin ?

Still getting the reCAPTCHA. So disappointed that there was been zero work done by BP to address this issue.
