I am a retired educator. Books about photography are my go-to-reads. I believe I have read all of the BetterPhoto books. I particularly like, besides the one above, the ones on Nature, Creative Digital Photography, and Exposure. Other than BetterPhoto books I love anything by Bryan Peterson (especially Learning to See Creatively and the Field Guides - Composition & Photography) and anything by Joel Sartore (especially Photo Ark and Photo Basics).
