Bio

After a 35 yr career in the music business and with an Arts background, I am working at becoming a good photographer. I am learning the value of correct metering, composition and the value of Light and getting up early to get the pictures. The thing I've learned is to take your time to visialize a good shot and then set up the tripod. In addition good gear does make a difference. Invest in a sturdy tripod-yes it will cost a bunch, but the pictures will be sharp. Also try to get the fastest lenses you can afford....there really is a difference. Again it's all about light and fast lenses gather in twice as much. An F2.8 is so much easier to get a good shot with than a 5.6 in dim light.
