I am very much an amateur photographer. Photography became my favorite hobby in the spring of 2007. Self taught I have learned most of my techniques by trial and error and falling on my face! I love photographing flowers in macro settings. Truth be told I want to jump right into the flower and become part of it's beauty. Imagining myself as part of each flower brings forth the details and uniqueness I try to portray. As my love of photography has grown I have come to see a unique shot in the most mudane routines of life. I have found beauty in the least expected places or should I say; the same places, however, new beauty. I find it amazing how an inanimate object,as a camera, once held, can literally change your life.
This coming year I hope to be upgrading my camera and continuing my education in photography.
