Having fun shooting everything in sight. Just started a couple of months ago and realized how much fun playing with a camera could be. My favorite is taking pictures of animals and seascapes. Love the morning light and taking sunrise shots. Living in Florida helps.

I bought a point and shoot camera to take on a vacation on March 07. Once I came back I liked how the pictures came out. Went online and joined a couple of sites where people judge your photos. I was actually learning from their feedback. Before long I was hooked. Started going to the zoo. Took pictures of my poor dog until he started running away from me every time he saw me reach for the camera. When I go grocery shopping I now think about how would the produce look on a photo instead of weather its ripe enough to eat or not.
My friends now do not invite me out to drink because I spend my time checking out the wildlife around the bar instead of paying attention to their drunken chat.
My family knows I will not go to the parks if the light isn't just right or the clouds in the sky are not photo worthy.
My nephews and nieces think I am a little crazy and wonder where their fun uncle went.
This is an addiction. I need help. Is there any "photographers Anonymous" meetings going on in the central florida area? I am sure there has to be a drug that would alleviate this illness.
