These are a few of the photos I have taken over my travels. Everywhere from Paris, France (I miss Europe) to south of the equator on a little atoll called Diego Garcia and finally to right here in the good ol' U S of A.

Unfortunately I have not upgraded to a Premium BetterPholio at this time (still paying off the D80 addition). So for now I am limited in how many I can place in my BetterPhoto gallery. I will upload more photos to my website when the opportunity presents itself. For those that are interested I have an additional gallery available at: www.littlerockphoto.net

Thanks for taking the time to read this and Happy Shooting!

Bio

I am your typical semi-professional photographer. I love to take photos whenever the opportunity presents itself.

I started out with a Kodak Brownie camera decades ago, but until the age of digital I didnt really pursue the hobby all that much. Now with the convenience of being able to delete images that don't turn out as opposed to paying for developing them, I have no reservations about snapping off a dozen at a time.

My digital experience started out with a Nikon 5400. It had great image quality and I especially loved the time lapse capability.

After a short stint overseas,(http://littlerockphoto.blogspot.com/2007/12/diego-photos.html) I took it in for a servicing and was offered an "upgrade" to a Sony. While the Sony had an exceptional 12x zoom capability, I sorely missed the heft and feel of the 5400. Not to mention it went through rechargable AA's to the point I had 4 sets for any extended day of shooting. Thankfully, I recently upgraded to a Nikon D80 with a Sigma 18-200 lense, with the double battery pack as an added bonus.

I am addicted with the North American strain of the "shutter bug". The only treatment seems to be regular photo sessions. :-)

I prefer to photograph nature scenery as opposed to portraits, only because Mother Nature does not require a signed model release. If you want to know anything else just ask!
