When my brother, sister and I were young, everytime we'd visit our Grandparents home we would sit for hours looking through their scrapbooks of photographs. They told a story of a family - of two people who fell in love and married. New photographs were added for the birth of a child, a niece or nephew and the beloved grandchildren.
These books told the story of their lives, the people they met and the places they traveled. My Grandparents are a memory now and their scrapbooks filled with the photographs of the life they shared together remain. Everytime I open a book I can see them, feel them and smell the aromas of their lives together...these senses wrap themselves around me like a familiar hug.
These "Timeless Treasures" are glimpse of the past in the present day.
My goal as your photographer is to preserve your families "Timeless Treasures" to share today and preserve for the future.
