Bio

I got my start when I was in highschool when I decided on a whim in grade 8 to join the yearbook commitee. I quickly fell in love with the photographic end of it and took over most of that area. In grade 11 I learned how to work in a darkroom and it served to deepen my enthusiasm! After leaving highschool I played with it but never had a camera capable of doing what I wanted. After several years and a few kids my husband bought me my first digital camera, a Kodak Easyshare DX6490, which I love. It has been a great camera but for my birthday this year my wonderful husband surprised me with a Canon Rebel XT!!! To say I was thrilled has to be the understatement of the year. So I am using that now, getting comfortable with it and learning more and more everyday!
