Nothing Fishy Here!

Uploaded: June 27, 2005

Description

Congratulations to Dado, aka The Italian Eye, and the other big WINNERS in the May contest!! (I couldn't resist responding to your "fishy" entry, Dado. Hope you don't mind.) Taken under very difficult circumstances -- my granddaughter was crying because I put the turtle in the vase!!! Window lighting and diffuse flash, 1/60 sec, F4, Tamron 28-75mm 1:2.8 lens, ISO 100

Wonderful reponse to Danilo's entry. Great job, DiAnna and love your story about getting this shot! Well done!! #1526453

DiAnna F. Paulk June 27, 2005

Thanks everyone. The turtle is really not as clearly focused as I would have liked -- and I wasn't pleased with the lighting either. I hope to reshoot this under better circumstances sometime soon :) This one really doesn't do Danilo's entry justice, but it was the best I could get today and I just couldn't wait after I got the idea to do it!!
