Into the Great Wide Open

Description

Taken 7/5/09 at 9:15am, this doe had run across the road in front of me and got 'lost' in the field. She popped her head up once before running away. I positioned myself in the middle of the road and got rather lucky. This is the original, completely unedited version. I realize having her dead center is not the textbook approach but this was where my auto-focus was set and this version seems to be more appealing to the masses than my off-center crop. Eye of the beholder, I suppose...

Great capture. Nothing wrong with the popped up head in the center here. It shows the expanse all the way around. #1249427
