Thanks so much for the comments Connie and Joannie! I'd be glad to share my process. I've also included the original image for reference. This image was done in Photoshop 7 and was accomplished in multiple steps. I first converted to B&W and made a copy of the background layer. I then ran the "diffuse glow" filter on the copied layer which added some grain and texture. I then used the "radial blur" filter set to zoom mode and played with the opacity of this layer until I got the effect I was looking for. As a final touch I "burned" (darkened) the outer edges to finish the effect. #78330
