Uploaded: June 21, 2005
The second in my series of Sydney cityscapes! Taken in May last year - overlooking Darling Harbour - on a day-trip to Sydney for a photo expo... Some adjustments made using PS CS - Brightness & Contrast, Saturation & Lightness, Curves, Shadow-Highlight, Unsharp Mask, & Borders... Taken just after midday - 1/250 sec @ f5.6, ISO 64, & 38mm digital focal length...

Kerby, thanks for your nice observations and comments about this image!! I guess it would make a rather nice postcard!! :o)After seeing your wonderful 'Enter to Beauty' series, I thought I would try a 'Cityscape' series...of some of my scenes taken around the Sydney CBD!! ;o)

Thank you Donna K, and Agnes, for your very kind comments!! :o)Agnes - the flags really took my attention at the time I was taking this shot - they were merrily flapping away in the breeze, creating their own kind of 'music'!! ;o)
Have a great day, and keep snapping!! :o) #1504290

I like the perspective and depth created by the bridge. You have some nice cityscapes with modern architecture and you are in a photographer's paradise in Australia #1533254Carolyn J. Connolly June 29, 2005
Thank you, Wayne - glad you like this one...and, my other cityscapes!! :o)I guess almost any country CAN be a photographer's paradise, but, Australia definitely does provide a WONDERFUL choice of landscapes, seascapes, portraits, and cityscapes to capture!!
