Giraffe-Namíbia
Uploaded: June 21, 2005
I took this photo when she raised her head so one can see the water dropping, instead of the tipical shot, with the head down,

Great thinking Luis! Such a brilliant shot. I just love her legs almost doing the splits and that water dropping! We never got to see giraffes at water holes so never even saw them with their heads down. I can't remember how you tell the difference between a male and a female. Something to do with the horns isn't it? #266643Betty A. Wisse June 21, 2005

This made me smile, Luis...she's a messy drinker, isn't she? I love the beautiful silvery lighting here and your well-timed capture! You gave her personality!!! #2058526Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
