Used a couple of graduated ND filters and a long exposure with a very narrow F-stop. Fired a hotshoe flash multiple times at the sculpture like item in the water. #8480376

Are you referring to filters that attaches to the lens or a photo editing filter?

When you say long exposure; Are you referring to a few seconds or ?

Would you mind telling me what lens you used?
