These are really beautiful carnations, Debbie. I've never seen this variation before. The lighting you chose for this composition is great. It's soft, but doesn't wash out the details. Thank you so much, Mark.I didn't really use any special lighting - just my kitchen light. I set the camera on bulb and left the shutter open for a few seconds. I like my macro lens. I wish I would have bought a macro zoom lens instead of the fixed lens - but I like it just fine.
