One of the clearest and most detailed macros I have ever seen!! And this with the Nikkor 200 and S3??? Makes me want to run out and upgrade to the S3 and get the lens! Wow! Amazing work, Bob! I suspect the judges will be impressed...cuz I sure am! #264200

Thanks Dolores. Always good to hear from someone like you who does such great work. You have some very creative images that have inspired me.

Anyways, in December I stopped shooting film when the S3 came out. I could never go back to film now. I used my friends 200 for this shot. It is the newer AF model. I have the old manual focus 200, and it appears to be just as sharp. I love the S3 and have been making 16x20 prints from the digital files.
