Reflections of the Empire State
Uploaded: December 19, 2009
I went back to Bryant Park yesterday at dawn to take another crack at this scene. The image I posted didn't look the same on the BP site as the one I printed at home. So I made some adjustments; slower shutter speed, higher aperture, lower ISO and this is the result. I prefer the color of the reflected sky in the HBO Building facade too.
Exif: F Number: 4.5, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 10/800 seconds, Flash: did not fire., ISO: 400, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 62.00 mm, Model: NIKON D200

Great dimension in this! The night colors, perfectly placed reflection and lamp post are terrific, Joseph. I admire your willingness to go back out again to get it right for yourself!Patti #8233580
