MIRAGE

Uploaded: December 04, 2009

Description

The light doesn't reach the street in NYC's canyons of concrete, steel and glass until after I reach work and it's dark by the time I leave so I have to be creative and use the light that's available and find things to lean on or against to steady my camera. This is not layered or a double exposure. The color and reflections are as they were yesterday morning, shortly after 7AM, when I took it.

Exif: F Number: 4, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 10/600 seconds, Flash: did not fire., ISO: 400, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 18.00 mm, Model: NIKON D200

WOW! This one sure has impact. I am not sure this was a mirage, Joseph! They are watching you from every angle now.

Word is out all over the city. FRom every window front. They are all waiting for you to come and hear their whispers.

Fantastically executed.
