Misty Morning

Uploaded: November 10, 2009

Description

When I reached the bottom of the mountain I was greeted by the mist. Ten more minutes and it would have been gone from this spot. It seems to move along like a large fish swimming slowly. Then, like a ghost it vanishes. It was a lucky find.

Nice capture Joe, with subtle tones and dream like composition.

I love the photographic opportunities on mornings like this. You're right; timing is everything bcause the moment is fleeting.

Sometimes, when I see a morning like this, the moment is gone by the time I get my camera, put boots on, and walk to the other side of the barn. #8311491
