Description

It's interesting to observe others ply their trade, especially when they know what they're doing. This NYC traffic director strikes a commanding figure. The vehicles respond to her whistle toots and gestures as pedestrians watch and wait for her signal that it's their turn to GO.

You are REALLY getting the classic shots these days, Joe! Super work! These folks must have noticed you standing there with your camera, but they don't seem to care. #1195141

I love the casual look of her frame, but the stern look of her eyes. Very cool. Great focus on her. Super comp, lighting and framing. Very nice Joe. Another super street shot. Rhonda #8086497

Wonderful work Joe. I love how you captured an entire story in a single photo.

I have a question though. Why does NYC employ human beings to direct traffic instead of using traffic signals, with walk and don't walk signs. #8311516
