Description

I took a snapshot of this couple dancing at their wedding reception and turned it into a formal portrait to give to them as a wedding gift. I used Buzz for a painting look, swapped backgrounds, and added some texture. All work done in PSE.

Thank you evryone! I had a lot of fun working on this one, and I learned some new techniques that I will be able to use in the future. No matter how much I learn about Photoshop, there's always more. #1393607

John, this is an absolutely stunning result! You really outdid yourself. The background is gorgeous, where did you ever find something so perfect? Bravo for your fine camera and PS skills! #1401624

The background is an actual backdrop from Darla Cobus' studio. She photographed it for me and emailed me a copy. I upsized it using the stair-step method in PS7 until it was a usable size and resolution. #1403802
