Description

This little exhibitionist was one of many gorgeous African daisy blooms nestled amongst some petunias in a giant hanging basket that had been placed on the ground (lucky for me!).

The whole arrangement was quite spectacular, but the mid-morning sun really highlighted the lovely yellow daisies. I decreased the color saturation on the rest of the blossoms, just so this one flower could enjoy the spotlight for a moment or two.

Thanks for those wonderful comments, Pat & Marty!

It worked out well for this image, Pat. The original was full of color, but no clear subject. I don't generally do a lot of post processing, but this yellow flower was crying for the spotlight! #8019583
