Thanks you guys, it was a super fun photo shoot! I tell ya though, the photos of the previous kids an hour before were *totally different. They had puppies jumping all over them and they were murch more active shots. LOL #66801

Thanks for all of your support, its nice coming from other photographers who I respect. Stephanie, you said that you used colored poster board for your colorful close ups. Where did you find it? I love bright colors for kids and the seemless paper gets expensive. It also takes a lot of space. Thanks again, PEggy #66916

Hello, I buy my color poster boards at either office supply stores or craft stores. Some pharmacys even carry them. Do you have Michaels craft stores or a Staples near you? Those are the places I buy from. Good luck. Oh, by the way these are not large. They are very small and I am in the process now of trying to find larger ones. I will let you know if I succeed! :O) #67188

I have both a staples and a michaels with in a couple of miles from me. LOL I have bought white poster board from Mickaels but I have never seen colored ones before. I will ask them, maybe its hiding somewhere. Let me know if you find any bigger ones anywhere that would be great. Thanks! #67219

Hello again. I have found an online place that has poster boards 36 inches by 42 inches. Much larger than the small ones I use, but not sure if they would be large enough for you. These are 'showroom' boards however and I am not sure if they come with bent sides or not, so I am asking :O) Here is the link if you want to have a look, but again, I am not sure if they are large enough for what you want. Have a great day!!

Wonderful! They look great and perfect for head shots! I have a bright blue and hot pink seemless paper but I really wanted red and yellow and didn't want to take up any more space with them. Ebay is another great place to buy backgrounds. I have been looking for a nice forest looking background and found a beautiful one thru amvona (?). I got it for under $200.00 and it is the nices one I have seen. I am going to be buying some foam and painting it to look like mushrooms, a big rock and a moon. I already have one of my walls painted like a sky so that will be perfect with the moon. I was kind of thinking of buying some fiber optics to use as stars, but I'm not sure how they work. I could spend a fortune on photography equiptment, not I just have to start makeing money at it. LOL #67253

Wow, aren't you the talented one with all your painting!! :O) I haven't painted in years. The last thing I painted was mural in my sons nursery and now that I use the camera, I don't paint anymore at all. Cant wait to see your work with all that you mentioned!

And I am sure we all understand about easily spending a furtune!!! LOL I am getting ready for the Holland workshop and am buying a few odds and ends for it, that are reaching an all time high in price!! lol

Good luck! :O) #67257
