Waikiki Hawaii. This is a three exposure HDR of this Beloved yet Un-Spoken of Statue Located in Waikiki. Is one of those that "oh I gotta have a pic of me laying on her arms" but then no one remember it exists, even though its a the "smack on your face" entrance of Waikiki. There is always someone laying in her arms all day long and at night, posing for the camera.

I took it to give her some credit. I Captured it on ISO 200.

I used Photoshop CS3 and had the camera on a sturdy tripod with a shutter release cable to keep everything steady.

The exposures were as follows: Normal, Plus one and Plus two EV adjustments. The normal exposure (base exposure) is based on the subjects bright areas plus 1 3/4 ev override from average (spot meter) to hold detail in the hightlights. I then overexposed the next frames to bring detail in the shadows. there now you have to pay me for my free classes!! ( kidding )
