Sheryl in answer to your question as to how I did it...I first created a layer of the motorcycle and rider in Adobe PS Elements and then I did the radial blur of the entire photo. I then made the layer kind of semi-transparent so I could determine where the motorcycle and rider needed to be placed over the original location and then used the eraser tool to get all of the radial background to show up the way I wanted it. #66427
