You take the high road and........

Uploaded: August 21, 2009

Description

I'll take the low road.

Pam and I saw these mountain sheep on the way to RMNP. There were no sheep in the park on my trips there. We were lucky enough to spot these from the van on our first trip up.
They are truly amazing - you don't know how they stay on the mountain. Little pieces of rock would fall down as they moved across the mountain.

I will catch up on commenting tomorrow. Still catching up on my rest. lol!

Taken with my 70-200mm 2.8 lens around noon.

CONGRATULATIONS to all the finalists and winners!

Terrific capture, Kim. We saw no big horn sheep in RMNP. We thought we would. We saw alot in GNP when we were there last year. #7875520

I wonder if any of the sheep have ever fallen off the side of the mountain! How lucky you were to catch them there since you didn't see any in the park! Fabulous capture with wonderful detail and clarity! Perfect title too! Nice work, Kim! :) #7875633
