A waterfall near Neuschwanstein [Contest Finalists July 2009]

Description

I took it last year near the famous Bavarian castle from a bridge (Marienbrücke) above the waterfall. I cropped the image & adjusted curves.

This is my image for 31st: I'll soon go to Riga and from there, fly to Venice tomorrow morning. I'll submit it when I can (Riga Airport should have free WIFI but it did not work the last two times I was there).

Tiia- Dang girl, what an absolutely incredible view. The pov on this is like one of a kind. I have never seen a waterfall from this angle looking right down it and the depth is staggering. The colors of the rocks, the vegetation, the water as it falls, and the water in the pool are gorgeous. How you got such clarity and lighting so perfect is beyond my talents.
