Peek-a-Boo!

Uploaded: July 28, 2009

Description

Hey everyone, meet Gabriel. He is one of seven new kittens we have! He is about a month old. He has a twin brother named Felix, and I hope to share him with you soon! He was playing with him on the cat tree, when he poped his head around the corner! Used red-eye reduction flash, cropped, cloned, adjusted hue and color balance, white balance, contrast, and did some work on the eyes. I did have a question though, would you have cloned out the flash reflections? I could not decide. Hope you all are having a great night!! Entered into *Animals* Thanks for looking!

Exif: F Number: 3.2, Exposure Bias Value: -0.50, ExposureTime: 1/90 seconds, Flash: fired, auto mode, red-eye reduction mode, ISO: 80, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 13.70 mm, Model: KODAK Z740 ZOOM DIGITAL CAMERA

Fantastic capture of this beautiful kitten Laura Lee!! I think you treated this capture just right. The catch lights look very life like and natural so I would think you probably made a good decision to clone out the more intense light. Wonderful work! #1160594

Laura- What a cute little kitten. I love watching them play and you can get so many laughs at their antics. Beautiful colors it has and you did a fantastic job of showing us his features. AS for the flash reflection I would probably have, yet here it is not really a distaction and is so minimal it might have been best to do as you did and leave it alone.
Either way, I think you did a marvelous job with this cuteie.
Have a wonderful day my dear friend, you take care. #7793292
