Beautiful
Uploaded: April 29, 2005
Another photo from my recent portrait session with my daughters. I am stuck for titles, but of course I think my Corrina is beautiful, so I chose that for the title.
I took this using two continuous lights bounced off of white umbrellas, and my camera on the portrait setting. Shot in color and converted to black and white with Paint Shop Prop, and used the paint brush to erase some stray hairs and some threads hanging from the hem of the skirt. I then cropped the photo, used despeckle to reduce noise, and unsharp mask to make the photo sharper.

Wow Heather she is beautiful, I love the long lines of her hair and back and the way her head is tilted, great job with all your lighting (wish I had some!), I really like it in B&W too :) #242729Lori S. Aschbrenner April 29, 2005

Hello Heather,Heather Harpel April 30, 2005
Thanks so much for all the great comments. All my daughters love to model for me, but Corrina will seek me out and ask me to take pictures of her. She is very fun to take photos of, and comes up with posing ideas all on her own. I just say "Pose!" and she does! So most of the time I can't take credit for the pose on her photos. :o) #1306246Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
