This is a very fine photo, I like it a lot. I like the composition with the farm on the left which grabs the attention of the view right away...then as the eye explores the rest of the photo in inevitably gets pulled into the infinite depths of the fall forest and onward to the mountains. I also really like the shadows the clouds cast. This is a scenic area, and if it's close to you could make a four seasons collection out of this by shooting again from roughly the same spot in the spring summer and winter. One thing I would try is to shoot this scene early in the morning or during sunset. Even a long twilight exposure could yield interesting results. Also, use of a polarizer can really make the colour come alive and the sky/cloud contrast extremely dramatic. All in all, this is a great shot! - Eric. #257396
