Description

Itmad-ud-Daulah is other beautiful historic building in Agra(India). It is situated on the opposite side of river Jamuna.

It was built by Empress Noor Jahan, the beloved wive of Prince Saleem' or Jhangir, in the memory of her father Mirza Ghiyas Beg, who was the Prime Minister of the Mughal Court. It was starded in 1622 A.D. and was completed in 1629A.D.
