The future of farming in America.

Uploaded: April 07, 2005

Description

This montage of pictures were all shot at different shutter speeds and F/stops.

All these shots were taken in and around Antelope valley located in California's Mojave desert at different times of the day.

I felt the images presented show the effects that modernization and the economy have on the effects of Agriculture here on the west coast.

I couldn't agree with your more!! It is SO sad and an abomination that our govenment doesn't support farming more than it does! It's not that way in other countries. The lack of support for farmers in addition to consumers eating badly (by way of overprocessed foods and not enough fresh vegetable and fruits)...thatI fear we're on the road to a food crisis...and tripling the cases of cancer that is already too high. I am proud that you have created this. I hope it wins the GRAND PRIZE!!! You are bringing attention to a dying art and the livelihood of farmers and their families.
