Easter Yum Yummies

Uploaded: April 10, 2009

Description

For this months assignment I went to my studio using one FlashPoint Monolight, and a Seamless Paper BackGround. I used my favorite model two year old Keely (again all the issues built in with using such a young model but worth it) dressed in her Easter Finery complete with hat to frame her face. I gave her a White Wicker Easter Basket loaded with "Grass" and colorful plastic Easter Eggs and let her play. I was fairly pleased with the results. It seems I did not add my intentions or the "feeling" I would like to invoke in the viewer. Ok here it its primarily bold colors contrasting with the sweet child and the soft pink. A feeling of innocence and childish abandon. Not sure if this is what Jim had in mind when asking us to explain our intentions but these were my intentions. Please feel free to let my know how you feel when you view these images.
