In His Element
Uploaded: March 30, 2009
This is Ozzy and his 'person' Rishona. I know it is a slightly odd entry for Animals, but it seemed better suited for Animals than any other category. This is pretty much straight out of the camera except for contrast adjustments and conversion to black and white.

Nancy the whole concept is excellent on your photo! LOVE the wide POV and the attitude in both subjects :) I hope to see this again... #7352712Ann Coates March 30, 2009
Yes, I really like this too. Love the way the dog has its head angled and the way it is the main focus. It's a very interesting image. #7352746Lee Ann Sahagun - Poling March 30, 2009
This is great - I see this all the time at my house, but have yet to capture it like this... well done. #7353467Tammy D. Ferren March 30, 2009
Beautiful capture of Ozzy and his "person"! lol Being the "person" to a poodle is great! They are awesome. Love the b&w on this, lighting and the angle. Wonderful, Nancy! #7354667Nancy Grace Chen April 01, 2009
Thank you so much for all of your comments! Ozzy loves being the center of attention. After the shoot I went to put on my shoes and noticed that Ozzy had chewed one of my shoe inserts to pieces! He's a fun dog. #7360016Carole L. Parker January 21, 2010
