One of my all-time favorite lighthouses...and one of my favorite perspectives of it. Great shot...well composed with excellent detail...and it certainly works well in B/W. Very good work, Rob.(I'll be back there in June; can't wait!) #1103801

Thanks, Jack. I checked out both your and Monnie's galleries right after I re-joined BP after seeing one of your Bodie Island images. Nice stuff! You've been doing what I hope to do in the future with various lighthouses. Bodie is really such a great place to shoot - there are SO many angles, and depending on the time of day you can vary your shots so much by utilizing the grounds. My all-time favorite was the pre-dawn shot when I caught the light actually on - it took about 20 exposures to catch it! #7326693
