Nicely framed. The dark foreground against the sunny beach makes a pleasing contrast. Nice work #22621Lem Metro May 26, 2019

A pretty peace with nice contrasts, a good perspective and more than anything very nicely framed..love that orange line. #53239Stuart Elflett May 26, 2019
Thank you all for your comments... the frame uses a couple of tricks I picked up from a retired framer, who is a photographic judge on the SA Competition circuit - slightly heavier at the bottom which causes a pleasing effect to the eye, and a contrasting edge to the matte that uses a colour from the picture, in this case a bright tone frome the darker sand... this sort of frame definitely adds impact to the image... #53352Mette Vendelboe Allison May 26, 2019
A good frame does really make the difference! #53441Lem Metro May 26, 2019
I am already trying your framing technique Stuart. It does seem to add depth to certain photos. Here is one of my Mother. #53578Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
