Made with two photos. The background photo was taken on a slightly overcast day with camera settings on auto. The painter was taken on auto and zoomed just a bit. Put together in PhotoShop.

Thank you for these wonderful comments. I said this was two photos but it is actually three. I took the photo of the rainbow but it was to grainy to use for printing so I thought it would make a nice painted rainbow, and here you have it.
